Paid up but no delivery

I have paid up my TV which I took on lay bye, I went to bradlows daveyton Mayfield branch to fetch it they told me it's out of stock I should have notified them before coming.i understood that and the lady who was assisting me tried looking for it from other branches.she found it and promised it's gonna be delivered at my adress the following day.it's been 3weeks now since I've been waiting for it.iv tried calling them they told me their driver's car is broken.so when I asked is he the only driver,are there no other deliveries made in the ship for 3weeks mine or mine is not as important u never got a straight answer they always says tomorrow .iv been patient with then long enough iv lost my cool
