Paid for a bed but ???? on the floor!

I bought a sealy Queen double matress, from Welkom bradlows in April and about a month later reported that its base has a funny squeaky sound that it makes, the seally team called to confirm my exchange was approved about in June its now July and my base has not been exchanged since, worse because i was told to strip it off any bedding as they will come. So now i do not want the whole bed nd would appreciate a refund.
