Over a year waiting for my robe...

It has been another year, yet i did not receive the new robe as promised by the Store manger Mourney from Bradlows Polokwane(66 A Landros Mare), I i am still stuck with a robe without a door, writing this doesn't even make a difference, i have never received such treatment from a store before. But i am truly saddened by the service i was given. I am still hoping to get the robe that I paid for, not a door less one. Please.
