Out of stock management not knowledgeable

We went to Bradlows Mall@Carnival to purchase a lounge suite. First of all “Bella” offered her help, when we told her that we are interested in a lounge suite she said the special was only until Saturday however the newspaper states “Black weekend “ from 24-26 November. Then she said well we don’t have stock. When I requested to speak to the regional manager she then said but she is actually not working in sales. I asked her when will they get stock as I would like to see the fabric of the set she said that she doubt that there will be stock elsewhere. Easily the worst customer service ever!!!!
