Online Return

I bought a coffee table online at Bradlows on the 24/09/24, it was delivered on the 29/09/2023 with the small scratch on the side. The coffee table's size is not what I thought it was, its too big for my house. I requested to return it via their website, I have been sending emails asking how far is the process, they keeps on saying they are waiting for the online team to assist me. My husband went to the branch (Bellville) to enquire, they said since we bought it online they wont be able to assist....I am now stuck with it..
