Online order not received since 25 Sep

I ordered an office chair online on 25 Sep around 9am online with order number *** with a 3 to 10 days delivery. I received a call from them the same day and an sms at 17h44 that delivery will be on 28 Sep. No delivery to date. Habe been following up to no avail even with their online chat. I called the on 9 Oct and was told my chair is still at the warehouse and a complaint was lodged and I must wait for 3 more days.
