Online laybye

I made an online laybye and made payment towards my laybye after I was contacted via email by a lady named Phelix Mabuza to make down payment on my laybye she than gave me a quotation and informed me via email that your finance department would contact me or email me my statement so as to continue with making payments towards my laybye but since beginning July I have been waiting and when I call I am transferred from one person to another with no assistance.
