Not satisfied with their service and *********** staff

I dot into an agrrement with bradlows in march i went for a financing of a kitchen unit and upon completing the application the contractors cae on the 25 of march to install the kitchen and in may the peoe from the shop phoned me and said i should bring my payslips id and bank statments they want to give me a discount because of the covid19 pandemic i went to the shop and they recaptured the application and when i ask them why they were recapturing they tald me that their system has crashed and was not able to save my application. When they did the application the second time they then requested R8000.00 which they said is for a deposit I told them that i do not have that kind of money they kept phoning me about the deposit and also requesting that I bring my id i then tald them to come to the house to collect their goods and they did. I contacted their customer care to request a letter that states that i do not have a contract with them they tald me they will contact me in 3 days which they never did im so tired of waiting in the dark and i do not want any surprises on my account as these people have my account number and everything i do not want any deductions on my account as they have taken their goods
