Not how I do business

I Bought two couches at bradlows on Saturday, my card did not want to work so I made an eft and sent them my proof of payment. I called this morning to ask if they got it and when would I receive my couches. The manager told me that the financial department at head office needs to confirm the money is in their bank account before I can get them which would probably be tomorrow or Wednesday but they will let me know. Ok so someone please tell me since when do you have to wait this long after payment and still pay for them to deliver? I was thinking about buying a third if there was enough space in my living room but now I’ll definitely go somewhere else.
