Not happy with there quality of goods

Ive bought 3 piece suit of coaches, hardly 3 month they already giving me a problem when you sit on them they got a funny sound even when you move, im even thinking of taking them to speak out cos ive already put a complaint but they taking for ever to resolve my issue......disappointed im not a happy customer.....
