Not happy at all

I bought couches in Bradlows last year November 2020, when they dilevery my couches i was busy renovating the house in side, as i was doing painting I didn’t want to open them, and i never thought any negatives about them since they were new and i paid so much money i never thought that i can get damaged goods.

When i opened them i made a video as i was excited , when i discovered that there was factory fault i phoned The guy called Denis in Parow where i bought my so called new couches

He gave me 0800 number i called i was told that they will come and fetch the couche, offwhich they did, inwas given a reference :**********

After a week i called to check , i was told that i need to pay R2000 as it is a customer’s fault that the couche was damaged, i asked how the lady gave me an attitude , i said I can’t pay so much money then still when there is a factory fault end up my problem , they sent back my couch

I am very disappointed at the same time angry, because when we buy furniture we want to buy things that will last

It’s even worse , when it came back it was knocked again , the wood of a couch its a mess. I am nt happy with attitude I received from Bradlows and the team.
