Not happy

I went to Maponya Bradlows open the account with them, it was approved as I was told. I have chosen the goods I needed, I was told it will be delivered this week. Yesterday I was told my credit has decline how because of ITC.But I have sign the contract even paid deposit now I am told them how come?

I have even bought things that I need to use with those goods so I wasted my time my money.I need more information more explanation as I am not happy you are sitting with my money while now you says this.
