not happy

my wife and I bought a bed and headboard, they delivered thing while we where at work. when we got home the bed is right but the headboard is not what we ordered and it torn in the corners as if its not new. she called the store were we bought the bed from they wanted some pic as proof and we send them pic. they said they will escalate with head office but it been a week we still wait on them. we are so disappointed.
