Not getting to end of account

<p>I have a Morkel acount. The account was suppose to be paid up at the end of January. Morkels keeps on adding finance charges and insurance every month. I've tried to call the contacts department and nobody are able to assist me. Balance once again on R2000.00. I showed Morkel proof that I have my own life insurance and comprehensive insurance but they just continued to bill is.</p>
