Non delivery

I had bought furniture at Bradlows, service was good in store. But the delivery service is one of the worst ever, we arranged to deliver my goods on Wednesdsy 13H00 or 14H00 the latest, 13 July. They did not even bother to call and inform me of the delivery status. I have not received my goods. When I called the store I was told the driver is on the way.
