“Nokuthula”worst manager of umzinto branch

My mother just received the worst customer service from the manager of bradlows furniture in umzinto named Nokuthula...My mom has been waiting for over 2 weeks for a delivery of her purchase. When we went in today for the 4th time for an explanation and we were met with so much arrogance and disrespect from the manager “Nokuthula”.she raised her voice at us and said she was not bothered if we were to request for our money back.Nokuthula should not be dealing with customers AT ALL as she lacks simple customer service!!!! Bradlows will continue to lose customers if that is how we are treated!!!!
