No TV for 5 months!!! Refund taking forever

I bought a TV at Bradlows in Mayfield square, it broke down I returned it and it was beyond repair now they don’t have TV that I want , I requested for refund they told me it take 7-14 working days and is been 16 working days now nothing has been paid into my account , the service here is bad they take people for granted is been 5 months now without TV !!!
