NO TELECISON SINCE DECEMBER

I bought Samsung 50 cm television early last year, in December on the 16th my televisions just stopped showing pictures but you can hear sound, I reported the matter to the lady that assisted me with purchasing this television in King williams town, she told me that the Samsung repair centre is closed they will open in January, they did open in January and make contact with me regarding the fault in my television. All in all they suggested that the shop must replace my tv , now that were the problem started the lady who assisted me is not helpful anymore up until now I have no receive television I didn't know that the Bradlows shop operates this way, not caring about its customers meaning that sales comes firstly when the is problem no one is willing to assist me as customers. I'm so disappointed since December I had not watched television. I won't be making any purchase again at the store. I want to cancel even the lay bye I had the store.
