No stock but fully paid and advise bed will be received

Hi Very disappointed in service at Bradlows Promenade Mitchells Plain as my husband when to pay a lay-bay finish on Friday 20/10/17. Response to him was that this will be delivered to us on the Monday 23/10/2017. When contacting the branch no stock was available only display stock what ridiculous service when one thing is said and not done. We were then advise to take a bed of the same value where as we paid this bed cost R6999 with value of more den R13 000 . Now we need to take a bed of value at R6999 how is this possible that we going for specials and we have the take stuff with less value due to no stock what poor service is this brand exposing to clients. Such a big company with this low value of morals.
