No response on Customer complaints line

<p>On 26/06/2017 I sent an email to customer ********** about poor service i recieved from Bradlow's Atlantis Branch up until today have recieved no response from customer care or the store. How bad did service levels become in our country! Below my initial complain to Bradlows customer care, Oja... I had to phone them to confirm receipt of my email which they said they didnt - Is Bradlows still a business? Where else can i get assistance from Area manager? Regional Manager? Mananging director? Some one need to know about how bad this company is treating their clients. Will someone please Help!</p> <p>My email of 26/06/2017</p> <p>I am complaining on behalf of my mother in law;</p> <p>She purchased a 5KG top loader LG washing Machine at Bradlows Atlantis, The machine gave problems and when she reported it, they said they sending someone out to repair, after 3 weeks waiting for repairs your maintenance person repaired the machine last week. Today My mother in law Adele Leukes wanted to do her washing, when busy with first load of washing, water started bursting out of back area where maintenance person worked, According to my mother in law her kitchen is currently flooded with water and causing major damage to her kitchen cupboards.</p> <p> </p> <p>We would like you to send someone out as soon as possible from your Atlantis branch to come and assess the damage together with repairing the machine properly.
