No response from Bradlows

I am extremely frustrated with Bradlows January should be my last installment instead the amount keeps increasing. I went to two stores and I did not receive any help. I've sent an email still no response instead I'm getting emails of amounts of money that I don't owe! This is unacceptable and unprofessional. They are quick to debit yet slow to assist and the intrest rate increases.
