no respect at all

this store has no respect for anyone, we put in a lay bye for couches and once we have paid them complete they tell us they are out of stock, according to my knowledge a lay bye is me reserving a product until its paid up then I can get it. on top of that they have a nerve to give us a catalogue to say that we must choose something else the nerve.
