No refund received

I have been waiting for my refund for more than a month now,I have been promised to get my refund for more than a month now each and every time I email them I'm told that they can't give the exact date. Never ever buy your goods online at Bradlows otherwise you won't receive your item purchased and you won't receive your refund.
