No refund made

I bought a coffee for my mother in the 17th january 2020 at Bradlows birch acres mall only to find out it wasn’t the one my mother wanted so she returned it back on the same day that I bought it & she chose the one that she wanted, there was a difference of R1000 that was suppose to be refunded into my mother’s bank account & she was told she need to provide bank statement in order to be refunded. The manager by the name of David called in the 22nd January to ask what type of account is my mom using & she told him & he promised to refund the money within 10 working days from the day we bought the table but now it’s way more than the days
