No quality check of goods before they are send to customers

I bought a seven peace at bradlows Krugersdorp two weeks ago it was delivered to my house upon arrival I see that the doors of the pedestals and chest of drawer were not properly aligned so I complained and was told they whole 7 peace will be replaced OK yesterday they came to deliver the pedestals and the drawer to my surprise they come with the same problem I complained about so no one checks the quality of the goods before they leave the warehouse they just take them and bring them to their clients of which I find very unprofessional because now am the one suffering because someone is too lazy to do their job and now again I must be the one running after them calling to find out when are they bringing my staff after I told them that I was only available on Monday now it's my problem again that the day they want to deliver they must find someone at the house am so disappointed with the lack of professionalism that I am getting from this store they don't take their cust seriously clearly customer service is of no importance to them

Pathetic pathetic pathetic this store is pathetic that's all I can say... No one has bothered to contact me regarding my complaint they bring the goods today with the same problem that I have already reported to them like how pathetic is that

Guys am leaving my worst nightmare because of this store on the 3 November 2020 for the third time the pedestals and the chest of drawers were brought to my house just before 8pm and there was load shedding in my area the store manager together with 2 drivers came to deliver OK the pedestals were fixed the chest of drawer had the same problem in the morning when I wake up I see that now when the drawers where putting in poked a hole on my headboard I think when they where putting in the pedestals the bottom corner hid the headboard and you know the funny part is they saw the hole and choose not to tell me because it was dark due to loading shedding and the guy said to me some of the mistakes you won't be able to see now you will see it when it's bright in the morning and exactly what he said is what I saw in the money to say am tired of this store is an under statement

This is my first time am doing busy with this store and the only thing I seem to be doing is complain about the service really is this how a client feels when doing business with you guys. Today I was suppose to receive a a sealy Salvador 152cm base set was and this was because the one that I have it's not even a month old but it makes terrible noise so am at work the driver calls me I tell him he can go to my house my daughter is there to receive the bed he calls again I give him directions and again he calls but because am at work I miss his calls tried calling him back without any luck and he decides he will not deliver the bed now I wish he can just tell me now who will be home when he decides to bring that bed
