No quality

I used to respect bradlows but not I don't due to the bad service they are giving their customers, I bought a coaght on account to them with a very good deposit they required from me, they delivered a broken couch and I reported the situation to them they came took it for a repair ( repair something new?) it's been 3 to months now and nothing is happening I'm calling and I even go to the store to report just imagine me taking my time for that and the don't bother with their customer service that has rude consultants, they are fast in taking my money but don't deliver quality. I'm about to take their sofas from my house and deliver them in their store because I don't deal with companies that are not professional. I'm ****ed with them
