NO HELP PROVIDED

My mother bought Couches in 2013 , under the disguise that they were all leather. 4 years down the line , one of the seats start to peel and it becomes evident that it's not leather. we go to bradlows to get assistance possibly under warranty , and they says warranty has expired, I further ask that atleast they contact the manufacturers for us and try and find out if they can help us and to this date I have not received any feedback, and it has been a month. To think that my mother wants to buy more things from this shop, but their service is poor and they only care about making sales. we will never purchase any more furniture from Thai shop and now we have to find a way to fix the couch as my mother doesn't have money to buy another set of expensive couches.
