No good afternoon sale service

Name... Keegan moodley... I. D... ********** 236089....on behalf of my husband... I Mrs moodley with like to inform u about poor response from bradlows store Phoenix plaza... I purchased a lounge suite... Was delivered on the 16 December 2017....goods was delivered damaged... Complains was on seats not being firm.... Could feel wood on arm rest... Back rest shaky..... Goods was taken in 3 times for repairs n returned not too satisfaction.... Now the back rest has opened up wen reported the matter I got a call from store stating that it's negligent on me n I av to pay a fee... This is not good response cos my goods are on guarantee... I av rights as a loyal customer n need to be treated with fairness.... I requested that I be credited to purchased another lounge suite from store.... This workmanship on this lounge suite is not good.... I av sent in picture of the backrest been open to the sale assistance at the store.... I was given... Ref number.... MOGOMM ********** 43596....
