No feedback/Ref PF/RE/P/***L

i am totally not happy with the customer service i am receiving with Bradlows and their warehouse anymore.They collected the damaged Ottoman at my house two weeks ago to fix it and till today i haven't receive any call from one of them .I sent email to JDGroup Merchandise to inform them of what has transpired .<br> Last week i spoke to Sam and he said he does not get the feedback and he gave me the number to call as *** and was asked to called Luenne who is responsible for repair team ,I then called her on the cell number *** and she promised to call me back ,she never came back .<br> I called them today and they taking me from pillar to post and i called Midrand store i vest out my frustration and the manager who didn't even indicate some empathy she said warehouse will call me cause it is out of their hands.Because she doesn't want to take ownership as a leader she then told me Sam will call me.
