This is the last straw now, we have waited long enough on Joseph from your Promenade branch to come back to us, its been almost 3 weeks now for him to give my mom or myself an answer as to what head office had decided, he informed us that we can source our own guy to buy the paint, varnish the table and to assemble the table.<br> <br> We found a gentleman and we informed Joseph the cost is R1500 for a proffessional job, he said he will need to get approval from head office, he called us the following Tuesday to inform us they found a guy that charges R750 and that head office said they can only give R500 and my mom should give R250, I informed him that they have such a cheek to still want more money after my mom paid almost R11000.00 for such substandard work, I also informed him to tell head office we are not willing to pay another cent towards fixing there errors as it almost a year now back and forth with this sub standard workmanship of this table and get back to us with an answer, we are still waiting.<br> <br> I will now be taking further steps and reporting Morkels, I have waited long enough for you guys to fix your error. We are heading towards Christmas and my mom is still unhappy.
