No delivery of service paid for

This is my order number ***. I bought this tv stand on Friday 07 March 25 at a Bralows store in Promenade Mall, Mitchells Plain. I was assisted by Mario and I paid R350 for delivery. He told me the stand will be collected at the warehouse in Stikland on Saturday and will be delivered on the same day. It was not delivered and no one called to apologise. On Monday 10 March I called Mario he told me the tv stand is at the shop in Promenade he is waiting for permission from the manager to deliver and he will call me back regarding that. He didn't call me back I called again and a lady told me he doesn't want to come to the phone. So I decided to go to the store myself because I was going to collect the stand myself and demand my R350 that I paid for delivery. I met Mario who told me he was in a meeting when I called and he looked like he was making a call to the delivery guy named Lucas. On the phone he said he confirmed Lucas was on the wat to deliver the tv stand and the stand is in his bakkie. We never received the stand and no call to say there's a delay. We wake up on Tuesday 11 March we still have not received our tv stand.
