No delivery of a fridge

I bought a fridge for R13 000 cash plus handling fee of R500 causing evrythn to be R13 500 at the Phalaborwa branch on the 24 th November,till today the fridge hasn't come, the sales person doesn't even bother communicating, i have been the one going to bradlows and evn making follow ups,she has been telling me that the fridge has been coming for 3 weeks now even today nothing, the service is very poor, they should give me the fridge with immediate effect or give me my money as I have paid everything cash then I will go buy a fridge elsewhere
