No delivery and still no refund

I bought a bed cash at Bradlows Midrand November and asked them to deliver by 5th of December they agreed and unfortunately we were not around on that day and we called a day before and made another arrangement, because we don't live in the house yet we are not around during the week but only on Saturday. They kept on making promises that they don't fulfil and we decided to cancel the purchase and get our money back and because we didn't think that a big company like this will disappoint us i misplaced the slip but because i made a payment with my card i have my statement as a proof of payment and they don't want to accept that a proof of payment. I need my money back and they are taking me from one person to the other. till today i still haven't received my bed nor my money back.
