No delivery and poor service

On the 27 may 2020 I placed an order online with bradlows and the fine print promises for delivery to be made within 3-10 working days. To date the parcel tracking reflects just an order placed and it has not left the warehouse there is no communication and assistance as I have called the customer care twice with no solution instead I'm being interrogated. This is very bad as already the money is paid but the service is pathetic
