No Delivery! Again!

I lodged a complaint with hello peter regarding my couch that hasn't been delivered since May 2015 and the Bradlows head office contacted me saying they will get back to me, which they didn't. Today i called their switchboard to find out what happened to my couch but they've been transfering me to so many people. The manager at Bradlows contacted me and told me that my couch hasn't even been fixed! I want my couch back. They were happy to take my money when i was buying the couch but now they're beating around the bushes when they are supposed to fix my couch and bring it back. I want my couch back and i am never buying anything from any Bradlows stores because they fail to deliver. I want my couch back!
