No delivery

I wrote a complain last week Tuesday on the 24th about a bed I bought in morkels. And then on Wednesday the 25th they called me trying to understand my company about the bed and the problem with it, I explained everything to them and they saI'd they will come today the 4th March to come exchange the bed but they didn't pitch nor did they have the decency to call. I am very much fed up with their service.
