No Delivery

I bought 2 beds, I was advised that I will get the goods delivered in 24 to 48 hrs. I took leave from work to accept delivery for both days. I called to find out what time I'd be gettinv delivery and got some story about them at the store havibg issues contacting the warekouse I guess this is where they keep the beds. I got promised feedback by COB and I was not contacted. I have recently purchased a property and I need these beds. I am disappointed with the service or lack there of. If I were owing them money they'd br calling me non stop wanting to know when I'm making payment. Why is it when its time for a consumer to get there goods the supply gets to drag there feet.
