No deliver of goods on time and poor service.

Bought 3-piece black lounge suite and a coffee table on 12/12/15 in Morkels/Bradlows Secunda Mpumalanga and paid full amount cash. The intention was to pay in Secunda and have the good delivered to Eshowe. Sales lady promised that good will be delivered to Eshowe on 16/12/15 from the closest store in Empangeni. Went home and no good were not delivered on the promised date and no communication was made. Called the store/sales lady in Secunda on the 22/12/15-Monday after a week asking about the delivery, initially they told me that they did not have black lounge that I had paid for they will deliver the following week(***). Lounge were not derived to date and when I went to the store on 09-01-16, I was told there was a misunderstanding they will re-fund me. Manager said by today13/01/15 cash will be on my account but I have not received goods nor the money. My festive was not what I had planned it to be because of empty promises and what is more disappointing is they did not call me to update that they will not deliver as promised it needed me to call with my airtime on top of the money that I paid for the good I never received to date.
