No couches after a week

We purchased a set of brown Bazarutto corner lounge suit last week Tuesday @ Protea Glen Mall and on Wednesday they called us that they will deliver the goods on Friday and no delivery and Saturday also. The manager by the name of Joe promised us that we will get our goods and till today we haven't received our couches. And he does not want to take my calls and we need our R17400. 00 that we paid and we will go and buy somewhere else. It's like we are buying the couches on credit and we paid for it cash.
