No Coffee table purchased or refund

On the 21st January 2021, Bradlows advertised a Polo table on their website as R0,00 . I tried to see if I could buy the coffee table online a the price. The purchase went through including the delivery amount. The following day they sent an apology and requested my bank details for a refund. Its been 6 months of no refund or coffee table. I am very disappointed at their service because instead of refund they send me marking material.
