Never purchase anything from this branch

We purchased furniture from this store almost a month ago and up until today we are still waiting for the people to come and assemble our goods purchased. I logged a complaint with head office with promises that it will be sorted out. The branch contacted me on three different occasions saying that the "people" will be coming on that specific day leaving me no option but to leave work early only to be left waiting with no one pitching. I feel that this is totally unacceptable. They don't wait for payment to be made so why should I wait for customer service???????? I have never experienced something like this in my life and is disgusted !!!!!!
