NEVER NEVER EVER buy anything from Bradlows. You'll receive poor quality and poor service.

In 2019/2020 I bought a Bazaruto Mk3 4 piece corner lounge suit, brown. I bought it at Bradlows, wonderpark. I bought this lounge cash. When I buy the lounge I asked that sales person how to clean it and if I can apply any polish. She said I can wipe it with wet cloth and apply leather polish however, they do not have the polish in the shop but I can buy it from Rochester. Then I asked her what type of polish can I buy. She said leather polish will be good and she is the one who referred me to Rochester. I think 8-13 months later the lounge started to tear off which was during lockdown in 2020. Then in 2021/07/19 I went back to Bradlows requested to see the sales person and was advised that she was not available then requested the manager. I spoke to the manager just forgot his name and explained to him what happened during the sale, I even showed him pictures. He advised that the lounge is no loner covered under warranty and guarantee. I must pay in order for that manufacturer to fix it. I have been trying to get this sorted unfortunately I'm not winning. Therefore my advised to fellow customers DO NOT buy anything from Bradlows that will be damaged within a short time of period and no one is willing to assist. I will not pay so much money for poor quality. I mean when you expensive things you looking forward for durability and quality but if this is not happening therefore I'm not willing to spend for poor quality.
