Never & Never Again!

<p>I have had the most terrible experience with a lounge suite i bought at the Aliwal Street Branch in Durban.It is a full black leather Grafton Everest which i gladly paid cash for thinking it was quality until it started tearing up.I called in and it was collected and taken to the Weastmead warehouse over 2months ago and to this day 31/08/2016 has not been returned. I have just been given a Reference number of MOGE ********** 6132 which i quote each time I phone only to be told that they are still awaiting material from the supplier....for 2months?<br />This is appalling service and something has to be done about it!Everyday my family has to now bring in a sleeper couch from the room to have supper.<br />The matter is sitting in the Head Office and still being elevated but Nothing is done!..They useless!</p>
