Never have I received this bad service

Never have I experience this bad service from when they were Joshua Door. I've been a client for a few years now and never had any problems until now I bought a laptop by then, took it back as it was faulty they said they will send it in and keep Me up to date but yet after 3months and me having to phone after then I Still don't have my laptop back but I pay my account on time every month. I'm paying for a laptop I don't even have for 3months. I went in to sign documents just to get there to find out they can't print the documents because their printer is broken what type of a business is this. I'm so disgusted in the service I've received that I will never purchase anything there again...
