Never buy from Bradlows!

I bought a Trent Lounge Suite, multiple flaws and damages within the first week, I complained and upon investigation, Bradlows said they would replace it, delivery was supposed to be done on Wednesday 14 February, it is now 16 February and still no replacement, I now have to phone after Bradlows and no one can give me a straight answer or help me,will honestly never buy a thing from Bradlows again! I need urgent assistance ASAP
