Need the change of my choice

Last year December my husband and I bought a couch on credit at bradlows when we checked the couch we saw it had been damaged called the store to change it we where told we can't change it because we took it with credit had to call the head office was told it will be changed fine When to the store to ask for it to be changed to different brand guess what they just change to the same brand that I dont want any more we paying for something we dont want not even happy with the stuff not helping at all ***)
