Need refund asap waiting period is over

Did a laybye at bradlows kuruman had to cancel it went there on the 19/03/2025 to cancel it they said to me it will take 10working days for the refund did sent them all the required documentation i kept calling them to find out how far they are with the payment the manager kept on saying that he will get back to me and until today im still waiting for the payment i know it protocol but the 10day waiting period is over and i keep on calling guys i need my money back like in today cause that's not how people do business
