My refund

A very poor service and very frustrating.My woman and I bought a restonic bed in bradlows mdatsane east london on the 31st of December 2022 we paid 6500. After 5 months the bed started making noise and when coming off the bed you could feel the springs on your thighs.i checked the base to find out inside one wood or what ever is inside there is loose or broken I called bradlows shop in mdatsane mall east london the lady who answered told me she'll log a query to the head office and that will take 2 weeks. I waited for 3 weeks I called the same shop another person answered and told me the head office was trying to phone me but couldn't reach me nobody from bradlows office tried calling me now I'm informed that I have to send a picture of the bed for them to see the matter. I have sent the picture to a guy called izee can somebody please attend to this matter urgent. I've got a back problem and my wife is pregnant the bed is really not comfortable either I get my refund or get a new bed as soon as possible when I paid my money I paid with no problem 6500 is a lot of money I paid to get a proper bed comfortable bed.
