My money gone missing

I had a layby with Bradlows in Midrand. So during lockdown level 5 I went to enquire how I can keep paying and I was given an easy pay number by Sadiki in-store. I then made a payment of R1200 at pick n pay. When the stores reopened I went in-store to confirm the payment and I was told it doesn't appear on their system as its an account number for Russell's. I have fully completed paying for my item but it hasn't been delivered to me since July although I have prove of payment. They claim it doesn't reflect on their bank statement.
