my furniture was not delivered

My name is Nozibele Mbolambi I bought a bedroom suit at Morkels 13 march 2015 in cash there were suppose to be 2 mirrors which was never delivered its been mounts now and the store manager is not assisting me can someone from morkels call me on *** or *** so as we can have the matter resolved as i'm considering at cancelling the whole thing and get my money back.... the level of service at the kokstad branch is very poor and I'm never buying anything from morkels and won't recommend any of my family members and friends to but from them....
